2008 was a spectacular year in this nation, Pennsylvania and in Montgomery County. That year MCDC's 2008 Spring Reception was held in King of Prussia, PA.

At this event with Gov. Ed Rendell and Chelsea Clinton campaigned for her mother, HRC's first bid for President, then Ted Kennedy took the mic to campaign for Barack Obama.

During Kennedy's presentation he laid out the importance of what would become the Affordable Care Act - ObamaCare.
